About Us

Robert De Nigris—“Bob” or “Bobby” to his family and friends—founded Enduring Monuments in June 2019. He is a fourth-generation stone tradesman who grew up in the monument industry, learning the trade at the feet of his father and grandfather, both master stoneworkers. Robert has more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing and installing monuments and memorials of all types in hundreds of cemeteries across the tri-state area. 
 

For Robert, these endeavors are labors of love: He has personally installed and
maintained thousands of granite monuments, performing every task from the smallest to the most difficult. Drawing from this deep well of family knowledge and expertise, Robert strives to deliver an experience tailored to the unique needs of each customer. His goal for Enduring Monuments is to ensure that every family, of all faiths and backgrounds, is treated with honesty, sensitivity, transparency, know-how, and the highest quality of granite and craftsmanship.  
 

Robert developed his commitment to customer service under the guidance of his Uncle George, who taught him that grieving families require compassion and sensitivity as well as fairness and integrity in the purchasing process. Uncle George never let a customer down over his 50 years in the monument industry, and now Robert is proud to carry on that family tradition. Robert operates Enduring Monuments in the same store where his Uncle George once operated his business, located at 143 Willett Avenue in Port Chester, New York.
